Legit I think whoever did the hiring at this Establishment needs to revaluate their workers because its always been you wait at the ice cream area to order what you want for ICECREAM and then pay for it after. All the workers looking at me like their Mentally lost. Unbelievable. I can walk to 116 and they know how to service me better than this location.
I'm new to the neighborhood and honestly so far never had an issue with my order I love how they make my lattes and my daughter gets bagel and cream cheese with bacon. Don't really fancy the donuts because they are always hard
Extremely lazy workers who don't listen and mess up your orders especially in the evenings. No matter if you go in person or order online they're always messing up the food and act like they don't want to work here. The donuts are always stale, and for some reason whenever you order on mobile they NEVER have what you ordered so you have to substitute it with something else and can't get a refund.
