I was surprised at how the quality of my experience and the food had diminished after not ordering food here for about a year. Everything I ordered had to be put in manually - it wasn't even on the menu any more. That was a plain bagel, double toasted, with butter, and an egg. I also ordered a small hot tea. No salt and pepper on the egg and not very much butter on the bagel, which the supervisor had to repeat "double toasted," to the worker, to get it right. The bagel is definitely smaller than
When this DD first opened it was clean, tidy, and the food was definitely fresher than it is today. Not to mention there was plenty of staff on hand and the service was quick and easy. Today, they appear to be well understaffed every time I visit. Also, this location seems to be a training spot for employees. It just takes way too long to have to wait for a quick cup of coffee and donut. Way, way too long. No exaggeration. Not sure I’ll be returning to this location any time soon. And did I men
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this location. The customer service is rude, orders are constantly mixed up due to lack of management structure, and the cleanliness of the store is unacceptable. my staff will no longer be visiting this location.
