I’ve been going to this place for 7 years and by now the employees are basically my friends. But for the past six months the waits have become so long that I’m starting to lose the desire to go there, and other customers say the same thing. I think it’s management’s fault, not the staff’s. When you walk in, nobody greets you, nobody acknowledges you, nobody takes your order for at least 15–20 minutes, and even if you call someone, nobody is at the register. Unbelievable—after all these years, this place is still a disaster. How can the exact same menu taste this awful every single time? This is, hands down, the worst Dunkin’ coffee I’ve ever had. It’s so bitter and disgusting, it’s like drinking medicine mixed with dirt.
I usually buy from here but today I saw this guy Hamidur at the register claiming to be the manger which he shouldn’t be a manager treats customers terribly he just tossed my receipt and it fell to the counter didn’t say anything but later when I went to grab my order he gave me disrespectful attitude when I told him that my order was incorrect refuses to refund me or exchange my order.
