I visited today and had a disappointing experience. This is the second time I’ve had issues at this location. Last time my coffee was cold and tasted watered down. Today I also noticed the employee preparing drinks was not following hygienic practices, which made me uncomfortable. On top of that, the interaction felt rude. I’m sharing this because I hope management can improve both cleanliness and customer service.
This Dunkin’ is the move. The staff here are genuinely nice every single time — not fake nice, actually nice. And they know how to make the coffee right without me having to repeat myself. In a city where good service is rare, these guys stand out. My go-to spot near the office.
At around 2:30pm I came in and ordered a protein latte avocado toast and a Boston cream, everything came up to $14:54. 3 or 4 white tourists came in after I ordered this is all on camera, I received my avocado toast from the guy at the side he made their drinks gave them their drinks and left me standing there.
