Horrible service. Took my order and told me they cannot make my frozen mocha order when I just saw them make one for another customer. Told me they had no more “syrup” to make the drink I want & when I asked if it’s the chocolate they ran out of, they said “no you don’t understand. We don’t have syrup”. I didn’t care about whatever syrup they were talking about because frozen mocha pretty much only needs espresso, milk, chocolate and ice. I’m a barista myself so I had no clue what they were talk

Henry is a gem! Henry is a fabulous new addition to the Dunkin’ Donuts on 27th Street and 2nd Avenue!
