Ordered in the Dunkin Donuts app. Amount was $16.83 Ordered on: 1/2/2026 7:22pm Was told by the employee at the drive thru that this location closes at 8pm and their ovens shut down 1 hour prior to closing. They are unable to make any of the items ordered. I said no problem, please give me a refund. Order Date: 12/21/2025 @ 3:29p EST Amount in Dispute: $4.79 I ordered two drinks and a Pepper Dunkin' Wrap. When I arrived, the cashier yelled at me "Are you Denaun?". I said yes. She then flat out told me she wasn't going to make my wrap and I could get a refund through the Dunkin' app. I asked why and she said she shut the oven off because the store was about to close (it wasn't, it's open until 5p).
