I was just there and I should have checked my food before leaving. The lady who took my order picked up receipts off the floor and didn’t wash her hands afterward. My hash brown was burnt. I specifically asked for sausage and cheese with no egg because I’m allergic, but they still put egg on it. Then I opened my other bag to eat my donut and noticed there wasn’t any parchment paper or tissue used to grab it, so it made me feel like she may have handled it with her bare hands. What a waste. I
On this Saturday evening, I ate Boston cream donut and a vanilla bean coolatta. The staff was in a good mood and attentive to my needs, no complaints from my side. The coolatta I had today was exceptionally well-made. The ice was incredibly crushing, making it perfect for a quick drink. I absolutely love it. The place has undergone a recent renovation looks good to me, but it could benefit from more frequent cleaning of the tables, floor, and countertops.
One day I went in and observed how this Indian lady employee was just placating and praising two police officers and offered to give them free food and drinks. She then quickly changed her attitude towards me and began berating me for no good reason in front other people.
