The worst Dunkin I have ever been to, the employees are sleeping. I ordered through the machine and I had to wait 15 minutes just to get my Medium Iced Cappucino with caramel. First of all, my drink was filled with half size of the bottle and god knows where was the caramel. It tasted disgusting, sorry but this is the first time happening with me. The other day I asked for the Iced Matcha Latte, she gave me hot convincing me that I told her I wanted a hot matcha. I am extremely disappointed. Wo
The woman behind the counter was nice. She said I will get a free Dunkin uniform in a month. I had a blueberry donut and it was pretty tasty. This location is better than 86th street, which this location had a bad review about a rude Chinese lady who works there:Highly recommend this location :)
So disgusting save your money and don’t come here the customer service is so disgusting and so rude. I wish they could change these ladies that work in the morning. I came in and I ordered hashbrowns and iced caramel latte with less ice because last time it was full of ice it was only two sips she brings it almost half empty and it’s so white like any other Dunkin location would just fix it when I ask her can you fix it?
