I always love stopping by for a quick coffee and a donut. This location is super speedy, even when it is busy in the mornings, and the staff is always so friendly and upbeat. It is the perfect spot to start my day on the right foot, and the coffee is consistently fresh every single time I visit Dunkin'
I asked for less ice, but the drink was mostly ice. The whipped cream was minimal and only placed in the center. When I politely asked for more, the worker added just a small amount. She also seemed to have an attitude. I understand it was early in the morning, but the service was disappointing.
The customer service is super slow. My food was burnt. My dunkalatte was straight milk with lots of caramel in it. Food tasted bitter. Not good quality at all.
