Unacceptable level of service. I ordered a cappuccino (took 20-30 minutes to finish) and asked to use the bathroom. I got out, finished my cappuccino and needed to use the bathroom again (some bowl movements) and found that it was locked (assuming it was occupied). I patiently waited and found that one of the employees took a key and unlocked the bathroom. She spent a minute or two inside and then got out. I told her that I needed to use the bathroom again, so please don't lock it. She was like
placed a mobile order and was not there when i arrived to the store. i’m assuming someone took the drink , but the employee refused to remake the drink. said i had the wrong address even though i did not. showed the receipt but they did not care and said if i wanted my order that i had to pay for another one.
I shop here because it's convenient with my job.. I have to say to his is the worse DD I've ever been at. Literally at least 2 times every week they get my order wrong.... Or they forget something. I came in with cash and they heard my order and told me my money was fake.. I've been shopping for months everyday at this place and to hear that was very upsetting.. the staff is lifeless. I don't understand why they can't get anybody more efficient to work here.
