Quick grab-and-go stop with no waiting line, which was great. The food and matcha were good as usual, but the customer service could definitely be improved.
Wanted a doughnut but range for peanut allergy sufferers limited at 5am. Geolocked out of the allergen guide but the guy behind the counter assisted me using his phone. Although I could have a doughnut I had a bacon jam croissant which was amazing. Went above and beyond for customer service!
Giving this 2 stars to get the attention of management or somebody important that looks at these reviews. The staff and customers are being subjected to an extremely undesirable atmosphere because of a door that won’t shut along with a lack of heat being distributed throughout the space. It’s 10°F on this day I’m posting this. The staff here are hard working individuals who show up every day despite the circumstances and they deserve better than this
