Several times I've ordered a Mocha, both hot and frozen, they never out any inside the drink to the point it's just hot milk. Numerous times I've made an order only to have it made wrong, it's frustrating.

Put the cap upside down on the bottom of the container you are drinking from. A terrible and dirty place, This kind of thing is not allowed. The manager is sleeping and getting paid for nothing.
