Yuck. The worst Dunkin' I've visited EVERRRR. There is NO WAY I would order from here again. The service is fast but don't let that fool you. The food and drink I received weren't edible/consumable. My hash browns were cooked to death and tasted like they had been reheated multiple times. Sadly my latte wasn't much better, it was loaded up with ice and watered down in seconds. What a waste of money. Best advice. Visit any location other than this one. The customer service wasn't all that either
People here are sweet. But i was bummed I used my freebie here. I got an extra shot of espresso and my latte was way more syrupy than usual and randomly had some kinda brown powder topping on it. I usually run to Madison or get Dunkin in Brooklyn. Might have to sacrifice the extra 5 mins for Madison or try out third ave.
There's limited seating at this location, whereas many other locations do not have seating. The food is excellent, and so is the family that runs the place. I have visited this location more than 10 times, and Auntie in the back makes sure I get plenty to eat 🤣. These are the kinds of individuals who are family-oriented and genuinely love what they do. And I love that. The wifi is superb. The drinks are even better. There are no long wait times unless it's bustling, but they get everything done
