Hire new staff, your staff are extremely rude and extremely slow. They don’t make drinks correctly or at a reasonable pace. Why am I waiting 30 minutes for a mobile order. It’s not that it’s busy they just aren’t paying attention the way they should. If I owned this location I’d clean house and hire new staff asap. They are going to be the downfall of this location.
Everytime I come here y’all keep charging me $6 for milk. Talking bout an extra espresso shot. No make it look the way it’s advertised. Why do you keep opening these franchises not knowing what to do or training the staff how coffee should be made. The costumer is always right. It’s no reason I should have to argue with staff about something I have to consume and pay for. Your customers keep you in business period.
This dunkin location baristas can’t make the drinks right compared to the other locations that gets the job done right. Also something is always wrong with the product of the sandwich it’s either burnt or too small.
