I just walked out!! When entering this location, no greeting at all. The guy at the cashier was on his phone with the person on speaker. The girl standing next to him, also no greeting from her. As I'm standing there looking at the menu, he's looking at me as if I interrupted his phone call. I turned around and I walked out. These people are so rude. No customer service skills AT ALL!! Definitely would not recommend this location.
I’m a paying customer, and every time I visit this Dunkin’, I’m told the bathroom is “out of order.” But there’s no actual “Out of Service” sign—just a verbal excuse from the employees. The bathroom is clearly functional (I’ve used it before), and it all depends on who’s in charge during the shift. It feels like they just don’t want to clean it or let customers use it.
