Grabbed a $2.19 donut super early, paid with a $5, and ended up with a few coins back. Honestly, who's really counting change at that hour? It's a small thing, but definitely inconvenient. Make sure you count your change carefully if you're using cash, especially when you're not fully awake.
I had the worst customer service experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived, I was told that one of the items I ordered was no longer available. Instead of offering a refund, credit, or even a simple apology, I was told I’d have to come back next week to speak to a manager if I wanted any kind of resolution. This is completely unacceptable. It’s not everyday that a Dunkin’ experience is memorable but we were pleasantly surprised with the new location. The staff were great and looking forward to going back.
