The Starbucks across the street refused to sell me a Coffee Traveler (box of coffee) because they were "too busy." However, the staff here were very friendly, directly telling me how long the wait would be and preparing it for me immediately. Even though there were customers in front of, behind, and behind me, they still professionally communicated with me. Thank you.
Smaller new gen Dunkin on 86 st. The guys inside make the coffee perfect and listen to everything you ask. Drinks aren’t filled and overloaded with ice, inside atmosphere is chill, and donuts look pretty fresh. No complaints from
I visited this Dunkin’ location today and had a disappointing experience. The employee who served me was rude and unfriendly. I ordered 4 donuts and politely asked for a box, but she refused and responded with attitude. The facial expressions and eye-rolling made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I hope management improves customer service and treats customers with more respect.
