Visited this location on the previous Sunday morning: 05.17. I had placed a mobile order for two coffees. One being an iced latte with almond milk. When I saw the coffee I removed my sunglasses to look at the color. It was too light so I asked them if it was indeed made with almond milk and they confirmed. I asked them to remake it because I still knew it wasn’t. While they remade the coffee I watched them from the register and behold it’s significantly now much darker. They laughed and brushed
I ordered a dozen donuts for pickup through the app, went to go pick it up in person, and saw it was in a bag on the counter which is totally fine. The receipt was also attached to the top of the bag. I get home, and turns out.... They friggen had the box inside upside down? I didn't flip it myself, I carried it home from the counter the way it was placed on the counter. The receipt placement makes me think they flipped the box, put it in a bag, and then stick the receipt on the bag. I know th
I place an order every day, and it is always a hassle when someone goes to pick it up because of the bag fee. You should charge for the bag upfront when the order is placed, rather than making it an issue at the time of pickup. Personally, I have no problem paying for the bag; just please do not treat the people with disabilities—who are doing me the favor of going to pick up my order—poorly.
