The staff are never at the counter. I always order ahead almost 10 mins before reaching there and they never have my order ready. They never have the donuts I order and don't bother to update it in the app. The people there have no decorum and my matcha once came in completely unmixed and with lumps. I would not have said anything if it was the first time, but I have given them enough chances already.
My coffee was fire the service was fast and good. The coffee cake muffin was hard and when I got it warm it tasted like oven. But I understand that’s not their fault. Either way the coffee was bomb I always finish so fast and the service was fast too. Didn’t have to wait that long.
Update: service greatly improved. It seemed like everyone started getting more used to the new set up after the move from their previous location. Atmosphere is a little grim though. What’s the point of ordering ahead online, if i have to come in and wait for them to brew the actual coffee 🤷♂️
