As someone who works at a coffee shop I’m highly disappointed. I’m not one to point fingers but I ended up getting ice cubes and no flavor in my frozen coffee. Seemed like someone new had made it which is totally fine with me but please assist them if they don’t know what they’re doing because they messed up my drink twice and I waited almost half an hr in there. The man who made my drink last was the one who finally made my drink correctly and I appreciate it but please try to do better and cus
