I went to this store today with my friend and order 2 ice latte… I have a reward code to redeem for the coffee but the lady was there unable to accept my reward code. Then I pay with my card. Why? Then why dunkin offers this reward program. I have never been faced to redeem code any other location but this store I face twice. Earlier I was alone that’s why I didn’t complain but now I have with a friend of mine and I feel really embarrassed in from of my friend. This is really unacceptable.
Can’t make a vanilla bean coolatta. It barely tastes like vanilla and doesn’t have enough sugar. It was very watery and didn’t taste very good.
We ordered oreo matcha and brown sugar shaking espresso. We have the same drinks from dunkin for the past year. It is the worst drink i had the server didnt know what he was making. Very bad experience never coming back.
