The best Dunkin in all of flushing. Employees are so nice loving understanding hardworking patient and kind I love coming here. They always have the best tumblers and merch too.

The person in charge should take some customer service classes, this person is extremely unwelcoming and petty, the service needs to be fine, standard and neutral but is light-years from that. In addition, it seems that the manager asks his employees to write reviews to lessen all the bad reviews they have.
