This location is a disgrace, and it is 100% the fault of management, not the employees. I swear they are just selling day-old leftovers grabbed from other stores. The donuts are stale, the bagels are rock hard, and to top it off, the coffee tastes completely watery. Management has completely given up on quality control. Save your money and go anywhere else .
Really slow they don’t have any sense of urgency. This is just disgusting that they are disagreeing to do the Dunkin procedure as everyone else follows. The picture shows that people waiting hours for their weird service .
I went in for ice cream, saw they had it and paid for it. Then the lady tells me she can't give me any because its too hard for her to scoop out. It's ridiculous, not to mention the place is always covered in garbage and wait times are unnecessarily long.
