The gentleman Ghosh who took my order was very welcoming and polite and the madam who made my drink was very kind and smiled.
I just bought 12 donuts for $18.99. They packed my donuts with tape. When I opened the box at home, I was surprised to see 11 donuts instead of 12. This is not an excuse—when working, customers should be served properly. I tried to call the store, but the phone line was busy and not working. I honestly felt sad about this situation. The ladies there seem nice, but good customer service should be proven by accurate service as well.
Please don’t come here is you are trying to get the adorable DD tote when you buy your drink. They are not giving them out unless you ask them for it. I walked to the older lady on the counter and she gave me a side eye and a snotty attitude when I asked if they were still giving them out. She ruined the whole experience for me. My friends told me they went to the one on 63-14 and Queens boulevard and they nicely package your donut inside the tote. I should have known better and go there where t
