Isha is an amazing Barista/Customer Service Specialist… I work in the food industry myself; and right away would recommend her as a manager! She always cares about her customers & always remembers my mother’s and I’s order. If Corporate sees this.. please promote her!
They turned off mobile ordering which is beyond inconvenient since the cashier speaks no English and kept messing up my order. Then the guy making the drink got mad at me because she literally doesn’t understand a basic iced coffee order. She had him putting all different types of flavors in my drink. Why would you have someone who dont understand a word of English taking peoples order??? Won’t be returning.
Visited to share a coffee and chocolate donut. Neat clean and friendly. Quite a crowd.
