I ordered oreo coolatta the indian lady gave me OREO FROZEN COFFEE with oreo crumbles i thought she understood what I ordered?! Never ordering here they always fail customer service and preparing food.
I’ve been to this Dunkin multiple times and honestly, the experience is consistently disappointing. The staff is often rude and comes off like they don’t want to be there. Every time I order, it feels like they’ve never heard the item before, and my order is almost always made incorrectly. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re paying for something and not getting what you asked for. Me and my girlfriend both avoid this location now because the service is just that bad. Definitely needs better
Ordered a wrap, but every time I order from here they always serve it cold and never properly heat it. One bite and I immediately felt the ice crystals from being frozen. Train your staff better.
