I ordered an Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Sheet Cake for my mom’s birthday on Postmates. When it delivered I got a small cake that looked nothing like the display, and it wasn’t even Oreo. If they don’t have the flavor, the least they can do is try to call or tell the delivery person that they’re out of stock. The store doesn’t even pick up the phone, I’ve called about 5 times! Ridiculous customer service.
I went in to purchase a few pre-packed quarts of ice cream and was met with one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. As the woman approached I said, "Hi, how are you?" She ignored my greeting and asked what I wanted. I find this rude and an unspoken way of saying hurry up. No problem, I'm not here to form a friendship. When I paid for my purchase, without a word, she actually flung the bag in my direction for me to place my items in. I was stunned. I'm not opposed to bagging my own i
This is the third time I've bought ice cream at this place and the same thing has always happened to me. The ice cream is melted. The first few times I thought it was because of the heat, but today it's not as hot so I think it's just a habit to have melted ice cream. I really don't plan on going back to this place.
