Where do I begin?? there is a big menu! and they have no idea how to customize them nor how to make a specific drinks on the menu!! I said, half and half 5 times! just for it to turn out dark and nasty!!!! Absolutely, money wasted.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I asked the employee not to add ice to my drink because I was planning to drink it when I break my fast in about 40 minutes. Instead of accommodating the request, he told me that I would have to pay extra if I didn’t want ice, which didn’t make sense and felt unnecessary. On top of that, while making my drink, he was barely adding any of the strawberry dragonfruit mixture to the refresher. The interaction was unpleasant and unhelp
Espresso not hot but they won’t refund, manager not there. It may well be, and they simply can’t do a refund without the manager authorize, but middle mgmt leaving a busy store rudderless at the expense of who knows how many customers is a pretty high level of bad. However, guy om duty gave me a croissant in place which was very cool, so actually I give 5 stars. Machines break but his was a really good customer service decision
