I love going to think Dunkin, they are super friendly! After going a few times they remembered my order and are really nice about not upselling their customers. I have another one closer to me, I went there once as I was in the area and it just did not compare to the experience here. The manager who may be the owner is so down to earth and easy going. My kids also love the freshness of the donuts here. I'm not one to leave reviews ever! But this Dunkin Deserves it!
This Dunkin has always been my favorite spot on the Lower East Side. They are like family, they are very respectful, kind and wonderful hard workers. They always address me with good Morning, call me by my first name when my order is ready and most of all they have wonderful customer service. This is the best spot it's always clean, but best of all their coffee is awesome!
