Very disgusting customer service. The employee was so rude to the staff and customers. She was walking around dirty had pads hanging out of her sweater pocket. JUST DISGUSTING! I did a mobile order and got to the location in about 10 minutes. When I got there it wasn’t ready and the store was EMPTY! I stood there for about 5-7 min to give it time before asking if it was ready and she immediately got upset as if I had no reason to ask. She was to busy yelling at another employee she couldn’t do
They had one job, put the donut in the bag. Apparently, that was too hard of a task. I ordered a Boston cream which has chocolate on the top The place the donut face down in the bag with no wrap around it so when I pick the donut up, all of it was on the bag. I’m not going back and I’m just gonna get a refund from the bank. You guys are total crap.
This lady is unprofessional and rude. I see that is her character because this is not the first time. I gave her two opportunities.I asked for almond milk and she gave me regular milk. Which cause me to ask her why was there not oat milk instead and that was all it took for her to snap. If im spending thirty plus dollars at this place clearly i would know what im asking for. She need to be replaced
