I had an extremely disappointing experience with the manager of Dunkin today. How did she earn this position? From the start, she seemed disengaged and distracted, carrying on a personal conversation instead of taking my order properly. I ordered a Toasted White Chocolate Latte and clearly said hot, but she served me a cold drink. When I told her it was incorrect, she insisted I said “cold” and remade it, but I never saw her steam any milk. What she handed me tasted like plain coffee, not a latt
I live around the corner, and let me just say I would rather travel 5 blocks to another Dunkin then to go to this one. The manager here has been the same since they had this location on the corner and remodeled. I honestly don’t understand how she’s the manager.
