The staff are super nice here, a few times I’ve accidentally mobile ordered normal coffee when I meant to order decaf and they were nice enough to remake it for me. That’s why I keep coming back here when there are so many other Dunkin’s nearby.

Not helpful staff. The app doesn't support ordering single packets of condiments for hashbrowns, and yet they won't give a packet despite having those condiments because it's an 'add-on' for sandwiches. They don't know their own systems and I had to go without my normal condiments other stores provide as a result. They gave a bunch of attitude about it.
