I’ve been giving this Dunkin’ Donuts chance after chance to get it right. placing an order 15 minutes prior just to get there and it’s still not done and nobody’s inside, but they’re having side conversations and not thinking about the customers is totally disrespectful. This has happened on numerous occasions, I’m just gonna stop coming here.
Went in today around 10:30am. The female cashier was so passive aggressive plus she made my order wrong it tasted disgusting I had to throw it away. Upset I wasted my money. Please train your staff to work with diversity or don't take my money. Please do better be better.
I'm visiting a lot of Dunkin stores all over, but in this particular place, I am very disappointed. I went to order, and the girls were not smiling.... not talking to me just told me ok you can pay and I wanted to confirm my order just in case I forgot something . Then I was waiting to pick up my order, and the girl forgot my donuts and when I told her I have donuts she dnt even talk to me and neither when I said thank you she didn't reply nothing .
