Right inside Penn station . Of course it’s going to be busy . With such location , i wish they have more employees. Sometimes the line gets long . Gets clogged . They try hard to serve quick . Hard work ! Coffee could be better. Too watery . Hashbrowns were good .
Granted, it is in Penn Station at rush hour. The store was still rather empty, and the service was lackluster and not nice. The store was semi clean but the donut I ordered was old and on the stale side. Would not come back.
hashbrowns were completely burnt to the point of being inedible. even my toast was burnt. so overpriced too.
