BEWARE ! I paid by card, and their machine "broke" , then wasted 10-15 mins saying it didn't charge my card and then paid again with cash but forgot to ask for a receipt. Later on , the charges appeared on my card too . It's just $10 , so no one is going to go through hassle and arguments. BUT , just be aware if their machine "breaks".
This Jimmy John’s location is strictly for carry-out—don’t plan to sit and eat your sandwich here. I recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app. I always order a #9 Italian Night Club, and for some reason, it always seems a little dry when I order it from here, so consider ordering your sandwich with extra condiments.
This the third time at this location that first no one has greeted us and second we have stood waiting for someone to take our order for over 10 minutes (no others in line for either the dunkin or JJ’s). And then after placing an order we have had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes to get our food. We decided to just walk away this time because it didn’t seem like the employees wanted us there. It seems like even if we order in advance they have delays with the orders.
