Cashier was rude and condescending. She messed up my order twice. I ordered a nitro cold brew but charged me for a medium cold brew. She tossed a donut a cross the counter at me, due to the price difference. No accountability or apology. The least she could have done is hand me the donut. Nitro cold brew doesn’t come with ice. They wouldn’t serve us the nitro cold brew without the ice cream
Dunkin... you dont get the coffee you ask for.. you get the coffee based on vibes... Plus, they discussed between themselves whether they feel like letting me use the bathroom or not when I asked for it. Someone tell them what happened to beans square or coffee terrace when they started being cheap. I refuse to go to starbucks and im consistently getting bad experiences at dunkin in the area
Like coming to this location as it shares a space with Jimmy John sandwiches which I haven't tried yet. The six dollar breakfast combo is something we get often as it offers the best bang for the buck.
