All four eateries share the same store. All of the employees work the counter for each establishment. The service could be better given the fact that it is not typically busy ( no more than 1 customer in the queue between all four counters). There are only two tables for patrons. The staff can work on cleaning and maintaining the lobby area as the trash was full.
ordered a cold brew, cold brew shouldn't have ice (ice coffee has ice, not cold brew), tried charging me extra cause i said no ice. in the past i thought they were sweet, bit what a turn off. i like strong coffee, i don't want watery coffee. Overall, even on an empty store, there is a lot of disorganization. Takes about three people to take one persons order. Cleaning out the ice cream fridge in the middle of an order. The manager is trying to multi task training, cleaning and ordering which confuses the worker and customer The food is okay and drinks are regular (thankfully to the same drink recipe) With some structure this Dunkin’ donut could be better
