Casual Japanese option for ramen and buns, with vegan choices in a food court setting.

the cashier was the best part of the meal. the noodles ALONE were very good and the protien and the green onions were fresh, but that broth and the whatever root vegatable had the most off-putting taste. Cost was $18.50 but I basically binned the entire bowl after a consumed the best bits. the broth is a KEY component to any RAMEN bowl but this broth was about as close to sewar water as it gets. a sanation worker would probably call this broth a HAZMAT event if it was discovered. i will not b
11/9/25 first time here. Lunch break. I got the Oh So Hot Miso, mild spice. Added Brussels sprouts. Really good and not very spicy. My coworker got ramen and calamari..i had a few pieces of calamari, really good! I'll get some next time. Pretty quick service and friendly too.
I’m reviewing this place for what it is: a quick bite in a food hall. My train was delayed and I wanted a bite while waiting in the station. Got the veggie miso ramen and it was delicious and flavorful. Yes it was small and expensive. No it’s not the best in nyc. But it exceeded my expectations and was such a good bite and in a great place to chill. I’d return for my next wait at Moynihan.
