I just really wish this was closer to me. Small hole in the wall spot with the nicest employees and most delicious jiang bing ever. Everything is cooked fresh so it takes a minute but the wait is worth it. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. I cannot wait to come back and try other things on their menu. This was one of the places we stopped at for breakfast and yes for the $6 price, it was pretty good! We ordered the jian bing spicy with no meat and waited for about 10 min, though I thought we would get it immediately, but I think they were working on online orders. The jian bing was huge and steaming when we first got it, but wasn’t burning hot when bit into. Perfect to split for two. Though we ordered spicy, it wasn’t very spicy and I think the spicy flakes got stuck at the bottom of the jian
The jianbing was a nice savory snack. Love the savory egg wrapping with the crispy fried bread on the inside. The scallions and cilantro added a nice balance to it. It was huge and only $6. Cash only.
