I really hate leaving negative reviews, especially because the food itself tasted good, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the chivo and when it arrived, parts of it were still frozen in the middle. It honestly felt like the meat had been pre-cooked, frozen, and then reheated rather than prepared fresh that day. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and even the owner came over and picked up the plate herself. I expected some follow-up or communication, but she never came
