Terrible service the lady was very disrespectful since we first walked in. Despite that I still tried to be friendly and even when she was approached nicely she had a very negative vibe like as if she didn’t want to serve. She was suppose to make a beets cucumber carrot drink and instead she made spinach kale cucumber and strawberry. I kindly asked her just to confirm which drink it was that she made and as I was correct it wasn’t the one we asked for. She took the cup and flung it into the garb
This used to be my favorite drink, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. I appreciate when places maintain the standards they started with because that’s what customers expect every time they visit. One major letdown is how they market their drinks as natural and fresh, yet they use boxed juice to prepare them. This is the worst of the three Energy Fuel locations. They consistently give the wrong items and never have anyone who can help or provide service. I decided to give them another chance and order online, waited over 3 hours, and the food is still at the store, and they refuse to give a refund.
