This is a fantastic hotel for adults or business travelers, but I would strongly advise families with young children to consider other options. We recently stayed at the Equinox Hotel in New York and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff was consistently attentive and professional. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and the overall quality of the property is truly high-end. However, I want to leave an important note for families traveling
We have stayed here several times. Andy has welcomed us each time with a bright smile and warm hospitality upon arrival at the front door. Wanted to give him a special shout out! Beds super comfy. Blackout shades are great. Temp easy to control. Gym is great. Rugs could use a cleaning.
Very nice rooms like a futuristic apartment. Service was very good and cordial. Only issue I had was nobody knew the specifics of their relationship with third party booking sites and I feel that impacted my ability to get an upgrade/some perks.
