Let me start off by saying that this review is not a reflection of the girl working the counter; she was incredibly sweet and really cared about the customers. However, Ottomanelli has turned from being the best burgers I’ve had to apparently the worst. I have been a regular for years. I was even here 2 weeks ago and it was great. I am so glad my son found this place and we went there to eat the owner and the employees were so kind the people the customers were unbelievably polite. This is a place. I would love to go again and I recommended to anyone who goes around there the meat was absolutely delicious. also, they give you these two unbelievably delicious pieces of thick bacon and it was just amazing. The salad was delicious. The french fries were great.
