I wanted to buy food tonight at this place in Queens Mall and the lady who put the food together was so rude. I first asked for lo mein, them chicken and then mac and cheese. She just throw the soupy mac and cheese on top of the lo mein! How disgusting! I complained and she answered me so rudely. Dont buy your food here. Sarku is better
I should've gotten Panda Express instead but I wanted to try something different. And I sure did get something unexpected. Bourbon chicken is okay. The teriyaki chicken was not good at all. Mashed potatoes was basic and plain. The rice, flavorless and dry. The mac and cheese is disgusting! Very watery. Boxed mac and cheese tastes better and I don't even like that. The broccoli and sweet plantains was the only thing worth eating. Wasted $13.99 on this garbage.
The food is good always go there everytime visiting the mall … However the staff working there especially that one short girl that you don’t even see over the counter don’t have any manners they behave as if you are begging or getting the food for free can’t understand why they would put up sign that says eat all you can and then refuse to give u whatever u asked for … my box only had 3 items I asked for one last dish and she refused and close the box very rudely and said no I told her to at le
