I was so pleased they had 干煸肥肠 Dry Fried Pork Intestines. It was perfectly fried, still had chew, not too greasy. SO GOOD! I will say it was pretty uncomfortably warm whille dining on a summer day, ig the AC was out. Server was SUPER friendly and when i showed a picture of the dish, directed me to what the order was. The dish was so good.... would absoluteky go back for that alone. The rice was perfectly cooked and the tea hot and delish! I was pleasantly surpeised at the generous amount of pepo
A must-visit for authentic Szechuan soul food in Chinatown! The 'Boiled Fish in Chili Oil' (水煮鱼) was incredibly tender and soaked in a rich, numbing broth that hits all the right spots. And the 'Laziji' (辣子鸡) – crispy, fragrant, and buried in a mountain of chilies just the way it should be. If you're looking for bold, uncompromising flavors in NYC, Wu 30 is the real deal.
Stopped by for dinner with my family and honestly enjoyed it. The Mapo Tofu had a nice balance of flavor, the cucumber appetizer was refreshing, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. Service was polite and efficient even during a busy period, and the prices felt fair for the location. It's refreshing to find a local spot that serves tasty food in a comfortable atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again.
