The service was great and the burger was really flavorful. However, I was told the restaurant didn’t carry mustard or pickles due to the “owner’s preference”. Seemed really odd for a place with burger in the name, and they did offer ketchup so they aren’t anti-condiment. The owner wasn’t even there (I asked). I give this 4 because of the wait time and we were about to get up and walk out. However, I was happy we didn't. The food was great, high quality and worth the price. I would sure come back fo that waffle and chicken, these potatoes and sure that high quality ham. I don't know the wait name which need to be address.
