Visiting NYC and my son and I stopped in as this was our first time trying Shake Shack. I ordered the Chicken Shack and fries. My son ordered the Smoke Shack with fries and the Fifty Fifty,(half tea&lemonade). My chicken sandwich was okay, the breading wasn't good and too crunchy. I took some of it off. It's Shake Shack. Our family loves this brand, especially my eldest. The store can be quiet (weekday morning) or packed to the max (weekends). We have been here several times so have seen the wave of crowds. The Chicken Bites, Bacon Cheese Fries, and Crinkle Cut Fries are superior to their competition. Vibes and food were great. We ate there multiple times after midnight and the guy who was running the food was awesome. He made sure we were good, gave us the lay of the land in times square, talked food and sports with us and was extremely friendly and funny.
