I visited KPOT today and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — special thanks to Lance, whose hospitality was beyond perfect. He knew everything about the menu, explained both the BBQ and hot pot options clearly, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish. For the price it’s great, service is friendly and nice, place is clean. Now the quality of the beef was a bit chewy. The short ribs were a bit of chew, more fatty when cooked. The steak was a bit better. The snow crab legs were not that good, very small as well. Blue crabs were meaty and fresh. It wasn’t a bad experience but the quality of the meat and seafood were not that great but otherwise a good experience.
