I love the purple haze smoothie and the staff are very friendly and have great energy. But I was sorely disappointed today when I found out that all the prices had gone up by over a dollar. I was informed that the owner noticed that their smoothies weren’t expensive as other places…well that’s why I went to you!! As much as I loved this smoothie, I’m gonna have to find an alternative now. What a shame.
I walked in when it was empty and placed my order for a smoothie. Shortly after I placed my order, a flood of people came in and ordered smoothies. Every single person who ordered after me got their smoothie first. That was approximately 8 people who got their orders before I did. I eventually notified the cashier wondering where my order was and he then proceeds to apologize and rush to make my smoothie. The smoothie is bland. My first visit here and my experience was okay. No greeting from the staff when I entered the business. Customer service could be much better. I ordered the powerhouse acai bowl because I hadn’t tried it before. Initially, I didn’t like the taste but then all of the ingredients came together. I was able to enjoy the bowl.
