The big guy with a beard on expo is goofy, keeps getting orders and not putting them in the correct order and just letting it bunch up. This resulted in orders made randomly, not when they were placed. Because of this I waited for an hour just for my order which is ridiculous. What’s even more crazier when I brought up this issue, all they can say is you just have to wait and that it’s in the RANDOM pile of orders. The biggest slap in my face was when I was already 30 mins in waiting and the man
I think this place makes great fresh food. Especially the lettuce bun burgers wow. Fresh and big portions with fresh tomatoes onions and lettuce not soggy. Shack shack was over priced and so small and not good compared to this. The fries are crispy as well
My family & I LOVE 5 guys! I normally order for pick up on 04/18/26 around 7 PM arrived to pick up my meal & they info it’s not ready! cool understandable no biggie.. 10 min go by ask if it’s ready they info no? I’m so confused if I preordered! 10min go by I ask again! Whole timeee they hade my food sitting there! it’s been READY! so now I have to eat my burger soggy & cold! Do better 5 guys!
